A fast-setting cement mix designed for quick installation, repair and maintenance work. Bostik Cementone Rapid Setting Cement sets hard in approximately 20 minutes, making it ideal for emergency repairs and applications where a rapid-setting solution is required.

Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it is ideal for patching and repairing concrete floors, paths and steps, emergency drain repairs, fixing sanitary fittings and filling service apertures around pipes and conduits.

The cement can set underwater, making it particularly useful for emergency drainage repairs and other damp or wet applications.

Mixing Ratio:

Mix approximately 0.25 litres of clean water with 1kg of powder.

For a 5kg pack, this equates to approximately 1.25 litres of water, although the exact amount should be adjusted according to the application and manufacturer’s instructions.

Working time is approximately 10 minutes at 20°C, with the material setting hard after approximately 20 minutes. Full strength is achieved after approximately 24 hours, depending on thickness and drying conditions.
